What currency are your prices in?

Our prices displayed on the website are based on the geographical location of your IP address. You can scroll down to the bottom of the home page and select Canadian or US currency in the bottom right corner.

What is the current turnaround time for orders?

We ship all orders out within 1 to 2 business days after an order is placed. 

Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to both the United States and Canada. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all products! There is no minimum spend for free shipping. All orders include free shipping. 

If you are local, you can also select free local pickup at checkout. See local pickup information below.

Disclaimer: In very few cases, Northern regions and remote areas may be subject to shipping charges. 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are normally picked up by UPS within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed and sometimes even the same day!

Shipments within Canada: Delivery time is normally 1-3 business days to western provinces and 5 business days to eastern provinces.

Shipments to the US: Delivery time is normally 5 business days.

Delivery to remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

Can I pick up my order?

We offer pick up from our warehouse in Langley, BC. Pickup orders are normally available for pick up the following day. For pickup orders, select the Local Pickup option at checkout when placing your order and a team member will email you to arrange a time for pickup. 


Will I be charged duties?

Orders shipped to the US with a value over $800USD per shipment will be subject to duties. We recommend splitting up big orders to the US to stay below the $800USD threshold.

All orders within Canada will not be charged duties.


Is any assembly required?

No assembly is required. Yes, you read that right! Our products do not require any assembly. Kiddie Bed is one of the only beds that does not require assembly! Kiddie Bed and Accessories are sealed and compressed into a box for shipping purposes. All you have to do is remove the contents from the box and remove the Kiddie Bed or Accessories from their seal. Be careful not to cut the contents when opening the seal.

Once removed from packaging, the compressed foam will quickly begin to take form and expand. Depending on how long it has been in the box for, it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 2 weeks for the foam to fully expand and strengthen to its final form.

Due to compression, wrinkles in the fabric are inevitable. Steam will take these out right away. Alternatively, they will come out on their own with use. 

How long can I keep Kiddie Bed in the box once it arrives?

It is best to remove and unseal Kiddie Bed from the box immediately once it arrives. You can keep Kiddie Bed (or accessories) in the box for up to 6 months after it, however, removing from the box immediately will ensure ultimate elasticity and firmness of the foam. The longer it is compressed and sealed, the longer it will take to expand.

How much does it weigh? 

Kiddie Bed weighs 24lbs. Nightstands weigh 9lbs combined. 

What fabric are the covers made from?

Our foam is wrapped in micro velvet fabric. The fabric is designed to be ultra-soft, luxurious, and water/stain repellant. It is incredibly durable and made to last. For more information on our fabric, please visit Our Products page

Is the foam safe? 

Our foam is CertiPUR-US certified. This is the gold standard for foam. Our foam is produced with the utmost care and safety for kids at heart. It is formulated for ultimate comfort and durability. For more information on our foam, please visit Our Products page.

Is it waterproof? 

Our micro velvet covers are water repellant. They are specifically designed to repel liquid instead of absorbing it. However, the fabric is not fully waterproof. If a spill is left to sit, the liquid will eventually begin to seep through the fabric and into the foam. We do sell waterproof liners for extra protection. 

Is it machine washable?

Our fabric is fully machine washable. Just unzip the covers, remove the foam, and toss the covers into the washing machine. Only wash on a delicate cycle. Hang dry only. Do not tumble dry.

Note: The water/stain repellant covers will begin to lose their repellant abilities after a few washes. The covers were specifically designed to be water/stain repellant in order to reduce washes. It is recommended to simply wipe off common spills or messes.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please email us immediately. As long as your order hasn’t shipped, you can certainly cancel or modify your order. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. All of our products are sealed and compressed for shipping purposes. Once the seal is broken, they cannot be recompressed into the box.

If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. If you would like to cancel an order before it is shipped, please email us immediately and we will cancel the order. 

If your product is somehow damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever we can to resolve any issues. 

Does it come with a warranty?
