Kiddie Bed and accessories all come with a one year warranty on the covers, zippers, and foam.
Foam Warranty
Our CertiPUR-US certified polyurethane foam is made with some of the highest standards in the industry and we are very confident that you won't have any issues.
In the unlikely event that you have issues, your warranty covers the compression and expansion of your foam. We will repair or replace your foam if it stops compressing or expanding in a way that materially affects its functionality.
User inflicted damages such as stains, rips, or water damage are not covered under this warranty. When opening your package, please ensure there are no issues with your foam. If there are, you must notify us immediately after receiving it.
Any dimensional differences in foam less than 2" will not be considered as a defect. In 99% of cases, the dimensions of our Kiddie Bed and accessories will be precise. However, there are rare occurrences where the foam may be cut slightly bigger or smaller during production. If that is the case, only dimensional differences of 2" or higher will be considered as a defect.

Cover Warranty
We also offer a 1 year one-time repair/replacement warranty on our covers. This warranty covers both seam tears and zipper malfunctions.
If you have either of these issues with your Kiddie Bed, please contact us immediately and we will offer a one-time repair or replacement for your affected cover piece. You are entitled to one claim per product within the 1 year period.

WARRANTY POLICY COVERAGE
We offer a limited-time warranty on all our products. This warranty covers the manufacturing defects for all the products purchased from Kiddie Bed's website. A manufacturing defect is a deviation from design specifications during production resulting in a product's defect, frailty, or shortcoming.
How Long The Warranty Coverage Lasts?
The standard warranty for our products lasts for a total of 12 months. For the purpose of this policy, the warranty period shall commence from the date and time the product is received by the customer.
Conditions Under Which Warranty Is Not Covered
This warranty on our products does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or abuse, misuse, fire, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, malicious damage, excessive heat, using not properly, lightning, or other acts of nature.
